The Site publishes general information, news-style explainers, and sponsored features about residential solar and home energy topics in Canada. Content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional engineering, legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Always verify current rules with licensed professionals, utilities, and government sources before you make decisions or sign contracts.

GroupFractal Inc. may publish sponsored articles, display partner links, quizzes, or call-to-action buttons, and receive compensation when readers click links or complete certain actions. Sponsored or advertising content is identified as such (for example “Advertorial”, “Sponsored”, or similar labels).

Third-party websites linked from the Site — including partner and advertising destinations — are not under our control. Their terms, prices, eligibility rules, and privacy practices apply once you leave foyerboreal.com. We do not endorse every claim made by third parties and are not responsible for their products or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to CAD $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) to access the Site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Quebec or Canadian consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Montreal, Quebec, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may allow you to bring claims in your place of residence.
